Application
Applications to the VeraRosa Higher Learning Scholarship are open to all students in Rockdale County and the surrounding areas who are interested in pursuing STEM-based education. Scholarships are awarded based on academic merit, teacher recommendation, and financial need.
Application Process
To be considered for a VeraRosa Higher Learning Scholarship, students must do the following:
1. Fill out an application:
Students can either fill out the application form below, or write their answers on a separate document, and email it to us at verarosahls@gmail.com.
2. Teacher recommendation:
Students must include a letter of recommendation with their application. Writing prompts can be found below the application form.
3. Submission:
After completing the application and collecting a teacher’s recommendation, students can make their submissions. Recommendation letters can be attached at the bottom of the application form before submission, or they can be included in the submission email.

Note: These questions are a guide, but you may use a letter format or include other relevant information if you wish. Recommendations can also be written on a separate original document, then given to the student to attach to their application.
